We hope you will love everything you purchase from, but if something isn’t quite right,  we accept exchanges and/or refunds on unsuitable purchases in compliance with UK Distance Selling Regulations (2000). (See Terms & Conditions section). 
What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns on full-price items will be accepted within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders.
Returned items must have not been worn, altered, or washed.
Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size or color only. Exchanges are not available for international orders.
NOTE: Delivery charges are only compensated when returning items that were sent damaged, faulty, or did not match your order. This compensation is in the form of a discounted amount off your next purchase on our website. Customs charges are non-refundable.
We have the right to deny credit if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards.

How do I return an item?

We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.

All SALE items are FINAL SALE. Return or exchange request on sale items will not be accepted.

When will my credit card be refunded? 
Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 working days. 
You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. 
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
Repeated Return
We track the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your MissLondoner account.
